School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada is also well known as SPAV in short form. The Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India laid the establishment of this school on 7-7-2008 as an autonomous institution. The main duty of the school is to provide the quality education in the field of Planning and Architecture. The whole school is funded by the MHRD that is known as premier Centrally Funded Technical Institution (CFTI). To enhance the capacity and working efficiency of school they arranged the well trained and educated teaching staff which included the full time staff along with the visiting faculty and industry experts.
