Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies issued RGUKT recruitment 2011 -2012 for Faculty posts at www.rgukt.in. The advertisement can be downloaded from the link given below. As per the notice the faculty posts are required for the Lecturer, Assistant Professors, Associate Professors and Professors designates. The all candidates having required education as mentioned below for different subjects can send their applications before closing date.

In the year 2007 the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh requested the center Government to provide the IIIT education facilities in the state. As before this there was no IT educational Institution exits in the state. He dreamed about the minimum three IIITs in the different regions of Andhra Pradesh as rural students can easily approach them and get the better IT education. Prof. K.C. Reddy was elected as the chairman for a task force who will provide the full report on the possibilities and structure of institutions in the state.

Finally in Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT) comes into existence on the march 2008 by Andhra Pradesh Government. And the first land marked record is admitted by premises that they started their first batch with 6500 students who wants to do a six year integrated program in August of 2008.
